What’s Next For AXO Talent?

We have had an incredible year since our revamp last April, and we are excited for what will ensue for the remainder of 2020. IN the past year we have made remarkable advancements to our business structure by revamping the AXO Talent system, Announcing the AXO Global travel department, Launching the Alpha of the Month Blog, Creating the Alpha University Education Program, and much more coming soon. In the past year We have produced numerous media production projects, and executed several digital marketing campaigns. at the core of it all we have helped countless alphas develop their careers through talent consulting, and we have seen many of our alphas become financially stable by doing what they are passionate about professionally. In the three years that we have been operating we have continuously made adjustments to adapt with the current socioeconomic climate. However, one thing has remained the same since the inception of our revolutionary movement. Our philosophy that there is a new way to live by pursuing a career path that you are passionate about. We started this company to not only provide professional media, marketing and consulting services, but to provide a sense of hope, love, and inspiration for the dreamers of the world out there. The world is suffering, and there is no denying that things are changing on a global scale. we are living in unprecedentedly strange times right now, and we must learn to make smart decisions for the betterment of our future. Staying positive mentally & being active physically is key during this time. It is imperative for us not to become stagnant, and to continue to work towards our future goals. Our actions today yield the consequences of tomorrow. Always remember, what matters most is not what happens, but how we react to what happens. Together we will rise up, and this will be our year.

The first topic to address is our Alpha of the month blog which was started in April of last year. It has been an honor having the opportunity to interview such talented, intellectual, and courageous individuals that are leading ambitious lives. The blog is dives head first into the lives of those who have risked it all for a dream, and gives insight to those aspiring to similarly achieve their own. these interviews will not be going away at all, but we are transitioning to a more fluid method of documenting them. Starting this month we will be presenting the alpha of the month in a podcast format which will allow you all to experience the interviews in a raw audio format. This takes us straight to our next topic.
- ALPHAs -
Being an alpha to us doesn't mean being better than everyone else, but instead becoming the best version of yourself. We’re talking about Stepping into your true form, and reaching your maximum potential. It is apparent that with over 100,000 applications, and more than 1500 alphas in AXO Talent internationally we have built a formidable pack that believes in the same vision. We have decided that it is time to expand the community aspect of AXO Talent by producing a podcast, and releasing more media content exploring the minds of alphas alike. Each month we will record two podcasts. One will continue our inspiring interviews featuring an Alpha of the month winner, and another will be an entertaining conversation about lifestyle, business, and society featuring a guest. I will be hosting the podcast myself, and I look forward to sharing my unfiltered thoughts with you all. Alphas is more than just a podcast though. It is our global community of leaders, and we have a lot in more in store coming soon.

With the onset of COVID-19 we have decided to hold off on all AXO Global trips for 2020 until we are 100% certain it is possible to travel. We had five trips planned this year to locations such as Hawaii, Mexico, Italy, Bali, and The Maldives. However, we felt it would be globally irresponsible to host any trips during this time. Announcements will be made later this summer if we have the ability to make travel plans for this fall. With that being said, AXO Global will be working on developing our non-profit organization during this time. For more detailed information on how to get involved with this please email us directly.

This company has given me life over the past three years, and it makes me proud to know how many of you feel the same way. We have come a long way since 2017, and our lifecycle has still only just begun. This year we will be making some massive moves to push our talent to take more risks with their career, and we will be rolling out some exciting new departments that have been in the works for a very long time. AXO Talent is more than just a media agency, more than just a digital marketing agency, and more than just a talent consulting agency. We are a worldwide movement that has changed the lives of thousands to stop thinking about what-if, and giving them the ability to start acting on how-to. we will never give up on our dream to change the world one visionary at a time. make way for the alphas, because its our year, and it’s our time to rise.
