AXO Talent is a versatile media production, digital marketing, and talent consulting agency focused on producing engaging content, establishing marketing solutions, and guiding ambitious visionaries.

Our experience derives from developing unique media & marketing strategies for both businesses & talent. Since 2017, we have consulted a massive network of entrepreneurs, creators, and businesses from around the world on how to succeed with customized media & marketing solutions.

What does it mean to Become an Alpha?

It means becoming an ambitious leader, and carving your own path in life. Choosing to sacrifice your time to become the best version of yourself is the key to unlocking your full potential as an alpha.

Our mission is to spread global awareness that there is a new way to live. People perform at a higher caliber when they choose a career they’re passionate about. Unfortunately, no one tells you that Following your passion is much easier said than done. We give our alphas the resources to succeed by showing them how to use their talent to level up professionally, accelerate their growth, and build a legacy.

Our purpose is to act as an incubator for lost visionaries to hatch into wise leaders, and empower them to make an impact by leading their own movement one day. Having an idea is useless without implementing a strategy to bring it to life. We push our alphas to become successful leaders in their industry by giving ideas structure, and providing real solutions on how to execute. To maintain our integrity we only accept ambitious individuals with tangible goals to join the pack. Ultimately, our mission will always be to help visionaries achieve their goals by unlocking their full potential. Our alphas are leaders who never fail because they never quit. How do i become an alpha?

AXO Talent has been serving talent internationally through hands-on consulting since August of 2017. Our goal is providing aspiring visionaries with a sense of hope, inspiration, and understanding on how to achieve their dreams. Accomplish your goals faster by tapping into our unparalleled resources.

Traditional recruitment has been closed as of 2/22/22. The only way to become an alpha in AXO Talent now is to join The Alphas.

Foundation

I'm Blake, and I have a vision. I attended university in Santa Barbara, CA before moving to Hollywood Hills, CA. I have an affinity for discovering new opportunities while traveling the world in search of unique places, cultures, and experiences. Born in the outskirts of Philadelphia, PA I always wanted to do more with my life. I grew up wielding a camera since I was 11 years old as I always had a passion for creating. When I was 16 I began my first job working for someone else. it didn’t last long, and I quickly realized that the traditional career path was not for me. I understood that my issue committing to a traditional career was not because I had something wrong with me, but because I was simply not passionate about the work. I needed to be in an industry that was aligned with my talents. I had become consumed with the idea of moving to the west coast in pursuit of creative opportunities… so i moved. I knew the risk that I was taking was no joke, but I just could not rot away in a small town surrounded by my close minded peers. Fast forward years of intense research, AND I ultimately founded AXO Talent. I initially developed it as an incubator to help ambitious leaders build their careers with proper direction through consulting, and additionally so I could collaborate with clients who were interested in AXO Talent’s media & marketing services. The vision came into fruition when I woke up in a cold sweat on my 20th birthday realizing that I needed to start showing others how to make power moves toward their goals. No one gave me insight on how to establish myself professionally, how to build a business, or how to create a legacy. It was an extremely challenging process, but alas my efforts culminated into something revolutionary. I had successfully established myself, Developed my own system, and suddenly I was a leader. I became consumed with the idea of designing an international movement that showed others how to navigate as an industry leader, and have the upper hand I never did. I knew that I had an idea that would make an impact, and it kept me up at night thinking about it. instead of sitting around thinking "what if" I decided to start developing this golden idea I possessed, and Eventually AXO Talent was Born. I have always loved helping others, exploring The uncharted, & creating impactful content. although, it was not until I changed my perspective that I realized my full potential. I have been able to see the world through a different lens, one with infinite boundaries. IN my pursuit I have met extraordinary people, traveled to beautiful places, & uncovered crucial concepts. Life is what you make it, & there is nothing holding you back but yourself. Once you start trusting your intuition & putting in work then the path to success becomes clear. I followed my intuition by taking a risk on doing what I love, & now I share my system with others so they can do the same. after considering the skills I harness, philosophy I maintain, strategies I mastered, and natural talent I posses i felt it was necessary to bring AXO Talent to life. My goal is to inspire others who come from all parts of life that There is an entire world of possibilities out there, and it is yours to conquer. Do not be afraid of growth, become aware of your potential, & unlock a new way to live 🌹
